We’re proud to present the first fruits of our 2016 trip to Colombia, this lovely regional select from Jambalo, in the Cauca department. This lesser-known region of one of our favorite coffee origins was an area we were really excited to visit first-hand to see the great work of farmers and exporting partners. The coffees they are producing hold up just as well as those from other regions like Huila and Nariño. Due to the relatively cool nights and mild days, coffees from Cauca have an intense, jammy fruitiness with full caramel sweetness. These characteristics blend for a very well-balanced cup that we’re excited to share with you!
