For many years, coffees from the Nano Challa washing station in Western Ethiopia were highly prized for their exceptional quality. With such a successful history in the Agaro region, producers were able to open a second washing station to accommodate growing demand. This coffee is from that new washing station: Nano Genji. This striking Ethiopian coffee underwent a 12-hour wet fermentation and was dried on raised beds, bringing to us swift flavors of sweet lemon drops and Anjou pear, along with an unstoppable Elderflower finish.
