We are always thrilled to present dynamic Kenyan coffees! This is a punchy cup, packed with sweet lime and jammy notes. Edward Githinji began managing Windrush Farms in the Kiambu region of Kenya in 2015. Through improved pruning practices and drainage, the quality of coffee produced has steadily increased, and the farm is working toward being fully organic by 2020’s end. The land supports a variety of things, including fish ponds, tea, and cow feed; a portion of profits from these income sources often support community projects such as schools and roads. We are excited to follow this farm’s bright journey!
