Year after year, we’re continually impressed with the coffees that come out of the Kunjin region--and its accompanying Kindeng mill--of Papua New Guinea. Processing and storage methods continue to improve, and the cup quality and consistency just gets better each season. This year’s crop boasts a wealth of fruity acidity on top of the usual caramel and herbaceous qualities.
