We have yet another great coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru this season! Luis Antonio Sanchez produces this Bourbon from his 3-hectare farm (appropriately named Bourbon). After this coffee was harvested and depulped, it was fermented for 25 hours before being dried under canopies for 20 days. This mellow coffee is perfect for relaxed summer mornings.

We taste: Kiwi, lime zest, honeydew.
