V60 and Chemex Review

I have tried numerous grinds and brew methods on this bean and I can say it has a fantastic taste really no matter how you make it I'm also a super coffee snob so here is my coffee snob commentary. I'm over half way through my bag of it and I think I have gotten it dialed in to a flavor I really like although I only use a v60 or a Chemex. I have used the 4:6 method from youtube on the Chemex and v60 and it turned really nice I have also used the Rao spin from youtube on my v60 but I have had some trouble getting it right. For this coffee I have gotten better results on a Chemex which surprised me a little as I usually prefer the v60. It has a very citrus like flavor and is somewhat juice like. I also prefer a little finer grind on it then usual. I have very extensively tasted and tested it. All round I love it you cant go wrong with it. I'm going to taste and review more types of quills coffee extensively. But I would definitely buy it again.
