Description

The volcanic soils of Mt. Kenya grow some of the most sought-after coffees in the world.

This AA lot from the Embu region highlights everything we love about coffees from Kenya: bright acidity, cane sugar-like sweetness, and fantastic complexity.

Like most Kenyan coffees, this blend of Batian, SL28, and SL34 varieties was fully washed before being sorted by size. AA represents the largest screen size. Historically, Kenya AA has been prized for its greater cup quality.

We're tasting grapefruit, mango, and iced tea

Harvest: October - December
Variety: Batian, SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11
